Applicant Privacy Policy

This policy explains what applicant information we collect, why we use it, who can access it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect the details you provide in an application, including contact information, work history, education, skills, professional links, answers to role questions, consent choices, and your résumé. We also process limited security information, such as network and session identifiers, to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
How we use your information
We use applicant information to receive and evaluate applications, contact candidates, coordinate recruitment decisions, maintain an auditable hiring process, protect the portal, and—only where you consent—consider you for suitable future opportunities.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised Peak Performance Advisors recruiters, hiring managers, administrators, and service providers that support our recruitment systems. Applicant records may be mirrored to an access-controlled Google Sheet assigned to the recruiter responsible for the role.
Retention and deletion
We retain application information only for as long as reasonably required for recruitment, legal, security, and audit purposes. Future-opportunity retention is based on your separate consent. You may ask us to review or delete eligible personal information.
Cookies and security
Essential browser storage supports secure sign-in, application drafts, duplicate-submission indicators, and privacy preferences. Optional analytics storage is disabled unless you accept it. Clearing browser data removes local indicators but does not remove securely retained application records.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics cookies, decline future-role consideration, or contact us to request access, correction, or eligible deletion of your information. Required application processing consent is necessary for us to assess an application.
